The Plateau State 9th House of Assembly inauguration is slated for the 10th of June, 2019. This would be after final valedictory session of the state's 8th Assembly on the 7th of June, 2019.
The 9th Plateau state house of Assembly is made up of 16 members from the APC and 8 members from the PDP.
15 members of the APC from the 8th Assembly retained their seats except the Mangu South Constituency which was won by Honorable Bala Fwanje of the PDP.
Members of the APC to be inaugurated for the 9th Assembly includes; Current State House Speaker, Retired Hon. Ibrahim Baba Hassan representing Jos North-North State Constituency, Amurudu Usaini, Bokkos, Yahaya Adamu, Wase, Kwapfuan Livinus, Shendam, Dasuu Peter, Pankshing North, Henry Longs, Pankshing South, Abdul Yanga, Mangu North, Walok Philip, Kanke, Deputy Speaker Sale Yipmong, Dangi, Ismaila Bala, Kantana, Hon. Naanlong Gapyil, Mikang, Ezekiel Affon (late), Pengana, Abok Ayuba, Jos East, Abubakar Muhammad, Qua’an Pan South as well as Piangat Dallogol of Qua’an Pan North, Constituencies, respectively.
The PDP's eight members elect into the State House of Assembly are Mrs. Dusu Simi, Jos North West, Timothy Dantong, Riyom, Musa Avia, Irigwe/Rukuba, Dalyop Gwottson, Jos South, Pinfa Tyem, Langtang North, Hon. Peter Gyandung, Barkin Ladi, Daniel Listic, Langtang North Central and Bala Fwangje (Bala Marke), Mangu South, Constituencies respectively.
